7 Brew for the Soul

Whereas, SGA is to provide engaging opportunities with students. To perfectly reflect our mission of being involved, the idea behind this bill is to highlight the good that SGA brings on campus, as well treating them with a cool beverage.

Whereas, Student Government Association are finding different ways to give back to the students and build community. Because the small social event was a bit too successful this semester, we are upping the number of drinks, and going off of what the Student Body requested. The day of the handout will be September 3rd 9:00, No Earlier!! Due to its popularity, the drink locations will be in the Dugan Atrium so students can grab a drink before Matriculation Mass and the Adjusted Class Schedule.

Whereas, based on the input of fellow Senators, the following is what is being requested.

Pricing per Drink (Sm)

• Coffee = $5.05
• Energy = $5.30
• Tea = $3.10

100 drinks = $473.50

• 50 Coffees ($252.50)
  • Blondie (15)
  • Cinnamon Roll (15)
• 30 Energy ($159)
  • Nightshade (10)
  • Brew Lagoon (10)
• 20 Teas ($62)
  • Strawberry

Be it resolved, the Student Government Association will allocate $500 to be used at the local 7Brew. All unused funds will go back to the SGA account.
