Financial Report
President Arguijo presented for Treasurer Edwards, who has replaced Treasurer Hertel and could not attend.
The university allocation for the semester is $49,364.59, of which $33,992.00 is spent or committed and $15,523.89 is available: $10,523.89 in the operating budget and $5,000.00 in the leadership fund, none of which has been spent.
The change since the last report is the $1,100.00 allocation for Bill 2627, the bike racks.
Business
Bill 2628
Senator Do presented the bill, written by Treasurer Edwards. The purpose of the bill is to restock the Aunt Flow boxes in two restrooms on campus, which have been out of use since the keys to them were lost; new keys are being received. The bill buys one unit of cartridge pads and one unit of cartridge tampons from Aunt Flow, each $172.00 for 500 count with a $10.00 tariff charge. They are asking for $375.00 in total.
Secretary Morgan asked why there is a tariff charge. President Arguijo said Treasurer Edwards told her that the last order was charged $20.00 in tariff without explanation. Prices have since gone up by $10.00, so the tariff may now be included in the price, but the charge is in the bill in case it is not.
PR Chair Nunez asked where the boxes are. Vice President Keeling said they are on the first floor of the library and the first floor of the Bishop Gerber Science Center.
Senator (Phena) Kayode motioned to approve and PR Chair Nunez seconded.

Committee Information and Updates
Constitution
President Arguijo is editing the constitution this week, and the committee will meet this week. She hopes to present it next week, and otherwise the week after; it will be done in October.
Ethics
The committee will meet soon about a senator, to decide how to move forward.
Clubs
Vice President Keeling said the committee voted to move forward with Letters of Love. She has talked to Dean Chambers and will meet with Josh to fill out the paperwork for Letters of Love and for the art club from last year.
Vice President Keeling emailed the student interested in a film club about two weeks ago and has had no response.
Security and Grounds
Secretary Morgan said the committee meets today at 7:00 p.m. to continue its research items.
Jet Resource Hub
President Arguijo said the committee is waiting to see the donations received last week. It will then write a bill to restock the Jet Resource Hub, and then move forward with the Chick-fil-A bill to promote it.
Advisor Updates
Dean Chambers had no updates.
Executive Updates
President Arguijo gave Treasurer Edwards's update: she is excited to step into the role, will be fixing the scholarships, and will report to the senate how it goes.
President Arguijo, Vice President Keeling, Secretary Morgan and PR Chair Nunez had no updates.
Chief Justice
President Arguijo said members who want to run for Chief Justice should tell the executive team. So far only Senator Masem has. Voting opens this week and the winner will be announced Monday. The executive team will reach out again in case anyone else wants to run.
New Business
Senate event
President Arguijo said she and Vice President Keeling have discussed an event for the semester that keeps students there and talking rather than coming and going: a movie night showing Pitch Perfect, followed by karaoke or another activity tied to the movie, with snacks and a screen borrowed from Josh. Dates are still being worked out, and students have already said they are interested.
Vice President Keeling asked members to share ideas for this event or another one, and for an indoor location, since it is getting cold.
President Arguijo said the bill will be written this week and presented next week, with possible dates so the event can work around members' schedules. It is an SGA event, so members are required to attend.
Senator (Phena) Kayode asked how the movie was chosen. President Arguijo said students suggested Pitch Perfect as a college experience they would come for, and its a cappella connects to karaoke, but the movie can be changed. Members are to send movie ideas tonight, and the top three will be put to a vote in the group chat.
HALO Dia de los Muertos
Senator Ortiz asked about the check for the HALO event; her father, whose mariachi band is playing, asks that it be made out in his name. President Arguijo said SGA is working with Campus Ministry on it, and they can go to the Campus Ministry office after the meeting.
PR Chair Nunez said HALO's Dia de los Muertos event is Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., with dinner at 6:00 p.m., giveaways, and the mariachi band from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., and encouraged members to go.
Adjournment
Before adjournment, the week's events were announced: Sloppy Joes at 10:00 p.m. on Monday; HALO's Dia de los Muertos from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday; men's soccer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday; the J4L baked potato bar and volleyball at 6:00 p.m. on Friday; men's soccer senior day at 12:00 p.m. and volleyball at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday; and CAB's Field of Screams on Sunday, which still has tickets. President Arguijo asked members to attend senior day and support each other.
Senator (Phena) Kayode motioned to adjourn and Senator Ortiz seconded. The vote was by a show of hands.
Meeting adjourned.
